Today I noticed that we do have a few trees with red and brown leaves so summer is behind us even if we are going to have another hot weekend.
Now, I am still reflecting on my names for God, who is the all-loving One, the compassionate One, the all-knowing One, the infinite One, the merciful One, etc. I think I need to thank God for being each of these and God is all of these at once!
Someone wrote me that she was in the doctor's office looking at her arm and she began to thank God for her arm and then thought that she should thank Him for all the parts of her body. I tried doing that this morning, and found it very helpful and left me feeling very grateful. I suggest you try it, too!
