I thought I had written about the Sunday readings but do not see them. We are just concentrating on our Open House today to celebrate the 50+ years of Oakwood. I actually live in Westwood, but Westwood and Rosewood are part of Oakwood. We have been praying for rain for months and now it is finally going to arrive, but only tomorrow, the very day we would prefer not to have rain. However, I am praying that we only have showers in the morning and then a huge, long rain all evening and night. We have men making our patios beautiful, cleaning rugs, and we will have Sunday dinner at 11:00 in order to have all cleaned up before the Open House begins at 1:00. More later, if time, but now I go to the Saturday movie.
