When Paul saw the great light and fell to the ground he heard a voice saying to him: "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?"
He asked, "Who are you?" On hearing that it was Jesus, Paul said, "What shall I do, sir?"
Now, take a moment to reflect on what that answer meant. Here was Paul who had been persecuting the followers of Jesus and now he is asking Jesus what should he do. And, Jesus tells him: "Get up and go into Damascus and there you will be told about everything appointed for you to do."
We have all met Jesus and been given a mission for life. Let us think about this today and renew our own response.
