Since I arrived in Chile on February 14, 1960, straight from Rome, this day has been special to me. I like to make Valentines and am doing so here in my room. I am sending hearts to everyone as a heart is a symbol of love. I see a heart and think of the love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus for each of us.
We are created to need God. We have an infinite capacity for God. I read that in Iain Matthew's "The Impact of God" but I know that it is true from my own experience.
There is so much to pray for in our world today. Perhaps the Lockdown here was to give all of us more time for prayer.
