I always find God in the ocean. The ocean is always changing, yet it is still the ocean.

Here is a quote to ponder from Mother Stuart: 

"It is always here and now, there is always the present moment to do the best we can with, and the future depends on the way these moments are spent."

Learning to live in the present is a grace and it is worth asking for and striving to practice.
