This holiday celebrates the labor of the year. We both look back on what we have been doing and we look forward to our work now that summer vacation is over and, hopefully, this day is a restful one. Often the last picnic or outdoor eating with family marks this holiday. It is my first at Oakwood. Now that school has begun, it is a time to just be together as a family before the carpools begin with children playing different sports or having week end activities. Take time to just be!
