This treee is at Villa Maria, my favorite, sacred spot where I have made so many retreats. The tree can be seen for miles down the beach. It has withstood years of storms and exists to give us shade and comfort. It also often shelters birds.
Westwood, where I live, is getting a new hot water tank today so we have no water over here and I need to go to the Chapel now but the installation seems to be difficult and noisy. My only spiritual thought is a great desire to go sit in the presence of God and be loved by Him!
I am enjoying keeping up with some of my former seniors who are now scattered in different Universities.
